In order for PSPVC to work properly you need to install CCCP.
Visit the CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack) site and download the latest version. After download, please follow the guide below on how to install and configure CCCP properly.

Start the CCCP installation file, click "Next >" to continue...

» Destination

Select a destination folder and click "Next >"

» Components

Select "No Players" from the dropdown menu and click "Next >" again...

» Menu Folder

Select a start menu folder and click "Next >" again...

» Additional Tasks

Check "Set Perceived Types" and "Register extensions..." checkboxes, uncheck the rest
click "Next >" to continue...

» Ready to install?

Click "Install" to start the installation...

» Completing...

Allright, almost done! Now it´s time to configure CCCP, check the 2 checkboxes and click "Finished" to continue...

» FFDSHOW Settings

Uncheck "Video" and "Audio" tray icons in the "FFDShow" section.

Optional: If you want to use your original DivX codec instead of the one from FFDshow, uncheck the "DivX" checkbox in the "FFDShow Video Decoders".

» Haali Media Splitter

Last thing, uncheck the "Show Tray Icon" from the "Haali Media Splitter" section, then click "Apply", That's it :) Done!
