Conversion speed record?

Today I put together the parts I got/bought for Christmas, including an Intel i7 860 processor. For fun I tried to convert a YouTube video and turned of H264 and image tweaks, just to see how fast it went. My new processor refused to go over 60% CPU usage, showing 3 disabled cores of 8 (4 cores times 2 due to hyperthreading) even with 8 or 16 threads, but still achieved a wooping 350 fps without manual overclocking. Can anybody beat that? =D
