hey guys here's my problem i downloaded this software coz my phone(samsung wave) does not support subtitles so i tried various settings myself but resulted in a video well an image actually (black screen with some red text) with just the sound, so what settings would you guys recommend for me by settings ii mean the full detail like what i should chose for settings like psp animation, ps3 very high etc. etc.. P.S. my resolution for vids is (1280*720) 16:9
plus is it possible to save one setting for converting videos in que if so how please giv me a detailed info since im new with the software and also very very satisfied with it

After a quick Google search, it seems your phone has a resolution of 480x800 pixels. It seems to be able to handle H264 video and AAC audio, so it *should* be possible to use PSPVC to convert videos for your phone.

You seem to be having a problem with PSPVC and/or CCCP. That's why you get the video with red text. It'd be nice if you could post the red text in this thread. If the text is too distorted (stretched vertically or something), screenshot your screen by pressing Print-screen on your keyboard and open Paint and paste. You can then squeeze the image so you can read the text.
You should also try to just view the video your trying to convert on your computer to ensure that the problem does not lie in the input video. Try to start it with Media Player Classic.
Another thing you can try is to reset your CCCP settings.
