I will pad as needed to make sure final video has correct aspect ratio when video is displayed in "Full Screen" on the PSP.
I only encode to this format if input file is 720p, 1080p or DVDrip of 720 width. Excellent results.

I tried installing from source with the instructions at this website: http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/installingsoftware but I get the follow error after saving the tar file on my desktop and typing tar -xvzf pspvc-install-0.2.1.tar.gz in the terminal
